Job Description
Business Integration Specialist Mid
Although this position works on a
technology-related project, it is not a technical position but rather a
strategic one. A successful candidate will demonstrate vision, clear
communication, strong leadership, creative problem-solving, and the ability to cultivate
relationships.
Responsibilities include, but are
not limited to:
·
Serve as the primary lead of QPHE’s project to
leverage NC HealthConnex for quality and population health, including
finalizing the project design and developing a strategy around future phases of
work.
·
Lead policy and financial strategy related to
this initiative, including developing and implementing a strategy to support
provider organizations in participating in this initiative
·
Cultivate relationships across key partners,
including with the Health Information Exchange Authority, Medicaid population
health and quality measurement subject matter experts, Medicaid analysts, Medicaid
technology experts, and vendors.
·
Collect and synthesize information and feedback
from internal and external stakeholders, including Prepaid Health Plans,
providers, and other divisions in NCDHHS, and use it to inform decision-making.
·
Supervise 1-2 full-time staff members supporting this initiative
·
Manage budgeting, invoicing, and contracting as needed
