Job Description
Any candidate scheduled for a Teams interview must have a current screenshot picture uploaded onto the interview request page in dotStaff. Photo IDs/passport, etc. will NOT be accepted. This should be a current screenshot from an interaction with the vendor. This now must be uploaded BEFORE you can accept the interview request, and cannot be edited after the interview is accepted. The Product Specialist will partner closely with IT Procurement to manage and coordinate inbound funding requests. This role is responsible for reviewing requests within internal systems, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly submitted to support timely processing and approval.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role requires regular interaction with stakeholders across IT, Procurement, and business teams to obtain missing information, provide status updates, and resolve documentation issues
