Resources MUST provide 2 professional references

Interview Process: First rounds is virtual interview with 2 people from DTMB agency services and one agency partner, 2nd round requires resource to come on-site to potentially meet with leadership and people from other business areas. Both expected to last about an hour, 2nd round may be a little longer and more of an informal soft skills interview. 2nd round interview MUST be on-site

Resource Location: Local candidates (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule)

Work Schedule: Hybrid on-site 2 days per week, Wednesdays and Thursdays are the required on-site days. Resources MUST be located in the state of Michigan during remote days.

Required Skills
-Minimum of 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation to include process modeling

-Minimum of 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development project(s)

-Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management in facilitating discussions to determine strategy, develop road maps and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions

-Minimum of 2 years supporting the development of or compliance to statement of work and/or other work agreements/contracts

-Minimum of 2 years working on projects developing/implementing IT solutions for public use

-Minimum of 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations
