Max Bill Rate: $94.90

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
• 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews, and testing aligned with organizational goals
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Salesforce certification required
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development
Preferred:
• Experience working on enterprise-level implementations
• Database-related certifications

– Vendor submissions will close on 6/1 at 10am ET. Late submissions will not be accepted.
– Reason for opening: Backfill, team is in need of additional support
– Interview Process: 60-minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (video required). Candidates should join from a laptop and be prepared to share their screen if requested. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of virtual interview to validate candidate. This will be followed by an in-person interview for the 2nd round
– Assignment duration: Ongoing long-term contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs
– Hybrid Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable): There is no remote-only option
Required onsite days- Wednesdays and Thursdays
Remote eligible days- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays
The resource must meet these requirements from the beginning
– Candidates must be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. This requirement is non-negotiable
