Job Description

This position is part of the Digital Services program within the Office of Information Technology. The program is essential for designing and overseeing the implementation of a customer-centric online application to simplify State government and online services. This role will assist with system analysis and integration plans, set up and configure integration tools, edit and review technical documentation for integration processes and systems, perform user acceptance testing, and diagnose and resolve any issues.
Required Skills:
Assess the impact of integration on current systems and processes.
Document functional and non-functional requirements for the Application integration.
Define APIs or data interchange formats for communication.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Agency business needs and objectives.
Analyze existing systems and architecture to identify integration points.
Assess the impact of integration on current systems and processes.
Create a gap analysis to determine what changes are needed for successful integration.
Develop technical specifications for integration solutions.
Define APIs or data interchange formats for communication.
Ensure requirements are understood correctly by developers.
Develop test plans and test cases.
Qualifications:
Five+ years of relevant experience in the following:
Defining requirements for the Application integration.
Analyze existing systems and architecture to identify integration points.
Problem-solving, debugging, and system analysis.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements on the State and Federal levels.
Familiarity with information architecture and integration strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with OIDC 2.0 & SCIM 2.0, especially as it pertains to Okta
Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 & NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 (CSF 2.0)
Knowledge of topics related to identity and access management (e.g., directory services, identity life-cycle, processes for granting and revoking privileges, privileged access PAM)
