Job Description
– – Essential Duties/Responsibilities
– Create and edit training guides from
content provided by subject matter experts.
– Write, edit, and disseminate
communications to end users and stakeholders.
– Assist in developing training and
training material for systems of record.
– Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat,
sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues.
– Assist adult learners in physical
classroom trainings.
– Assist with equipment set up and testing
activities for classroom trainings.
– Assist with administrative tasks
associated with training registration.
– Monitor group mailboxes and respond to
stakeholder questions.
Work with subject
matter experts and engage in independent research to develop subject matter
knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula
Requirements

computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and Jira.
– Ability
to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while maintaining attention

pressure.
Responsibilities and required skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook 365, SharePoint, PPT, Word, Excel and Teams); (3 Years)
Excellent grammar and writing skills, including the ability to convey written, technical information in a clear, concise manner ()
Experience creating and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter experts ()
Experience facilitating webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and troubleshooting access issues ()
Experience of Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Service Management tools ()
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing ()
Ability to identify and resolve problems using research techniques ()
Bachelor’s degree or higher ()
Teaching or training experience ()
Video editing using Adobe products ()
WCAG/ADA compliance ()
Web design/publishing ()
Document/web formatting ()
Title IV-D child support program experience ()
