The State of Michigan is looking for: Project Manager 3 (Scrum Master)
Max Bill Rate: $109.65

Required Skills:

-5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
-Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
-Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

-Experience as a project manager
-CSM certificate
-Experience with Medical or Financial Systems

-Vendor Submissions will close on 8/3 at 10 AM ET. Late submissions will not be accepted.
-Interview Process: Virtual, 1-2 rounds. 4-5 people on the interviews, could potentially include hiring manager, PMO Superviosr, Agency Services Manager, Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or other Managers from the team. Interviews will consist of mix of competency/scrum master knowledge questions and basic project manager questions.
-Assignment duration: 1 year+, should be a long term contract that continues to extend dependent on business need.
-Hybrid Work Schedule: On-site wednesdays and thursdays (non-negotiable). In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.
-Candidates MUST be local to Lansing, Michigan area (within 100 miles) at the time of submission (non-negotiable)
