Job Description
*The max rate for this position is $90/hour.
This position is essential to delivering the digital quality measure (dQM) use case and meeting the commitments outlined in the Medicaid Quality Population Health and Evaluation (QPHE) Implementation Advance Planning Document (IAPD), particularly our planned expansion of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Data Aggregator Validation program. This role will provide NC HIEA with clinical informatics expertise, ensuring that complex clinical data is aligned with industry standards and requirements. This role is critical for preparing and maintaining certification documentation, resolving data quality issues, and guiding both technical and clinical teams through the nuances of clinical data standards. Without this specialized expertise, the program cannot scale as promised, and the organization risks delays in achieving key dQM milestones.
