– The State of Michigan is looking for: Software Test Analyst 5
– Max Bill Rate: $80.57/hr
– Will close to submissions on 3/26/26
– Interviews: Onsite – Candidate’s MUST be available for an in-person interview.
– Duration: 1 year with possible extension
– Position location: Lansing: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required onsite days).
– Local candidates within 70 miles of Lansing (strongly preferred) or non-local (must be willing to relocate within 70 miles of Lansing at their own expense from acceptance with no delays & follow the hybrid schedule).

Top Skill & Years of Experience Required:
• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automated testing.
• Experience leading QA activities, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience working in Azure DevOps Repos, Boards, Pipelines, and Test Plans.
• Ability to manage complex test cycles and meet deadlines.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, especially around defects and test coverage.
• Ability to integrate automated tests into build and release pipelines.
• Experience with Finance, public pension or retirement systems desired but not required.
